Where can i buy élan products?

What materials do you use?

We currently use a whole lot of Mr Galvanised Sheet metal. We also use Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, Aluminium, Wood, Glass, Natural/Semiprecious Stones amongst other materials!

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, click on the product you love and hit the 'Add to Cart' button. Your item will be added to the shopping cart. You may continue to explore and shop until you're ready to checkout. View your chosen items and quantities, and press the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. Enter your shipping and payment details and your order is confirmed. Voila!

How do I pay you guys?

We offer online payment via a secure payment gateway called Payu. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking Portals & Wallets.

Where are your products made?

Our products are handcrafted with pride in India. We make everything in our factory in Noida, Delhi NCR. #makeinindia #vocalforlocal

What do you charge for delivering the products?

We offer FREE HOME DELIVERY across India on prepaid orders! For COD orders we charge a minimal Rs100 on the total order. Transport charges on oversize furniture items may be extra for deliveries outside of Delhi NCR.

Do you guys offer Cash On Delivery?

Cash on delivery option is available for most pincodes across India. We currently do NOT offer COD on the furniture collection as it is Made to Order.

Is it safe to share our personal information on your website?

The information shared by you is completely safe with us. We do not intend to sell or share this information.

Are the website prices inclusive of tax?

Yes, the website prices are inclusive of tax. These are the GST taxes only and the buyer is responsible for any extra taxes and duties levied by the local authorities.

How can I track my order?

Will All My Products Arrive Together?

We will try to ship your products together, although it is possible that they arrive as separate deliveries due to unavoidable circumstances.

What do I do if I receive my order in a damaged condition?

We go to great lengths to ensure that your Elan product reaches you in optimal condition. However, in the event that you receive a damaged product, please notify us of the same with photographic evidence via phone or email at the earliest and we will exchange it for you, no questions asked.
Note: Notification regarding a damaged product must be within 24 hours of accepting delivery, else the exchange is not considered valid.

Can I cancel my order once it is confirmed?

Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest way possible. That's why please let us know within 24 hours in case you change your mind, so that we can stop the order and refund your amount. Any cancellations after dispatch will not be possible. Kindly Note for the Furniture Category : Post the 24-hour window, you will be charged 50% of the order value as a restocking fee as these are Made To Order. Is there a cancellation fee applicable?

We generally do not levy cancellation fees except in the case of the Furniture category which is Made To Order (MTO). In the case of MTO products, if you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, you will receive a full refund. Post the 24-hour window, you will be charged 50% of the order value as a restocking fee. Please also note that after dispatch of the product, cancellation is not an option. 

We do not offer exchanges or cancellations for MTO Products, be it home accessories or furniture.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

1. We allow return or exchange of products if there is a manufacturing defect or a damage in transit. Our products are handmade and some variations are part of the handmade process.

2. All product dimensions and materials are mentioned on each product. We do not entertain exchanges for size-related issues.

3. Please email hello@livingwithelan.co within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we'd be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7-10 working days after the product received by us.

Please make sure the products are unused and securely cushioned in their original packaging.

4. Given the handmade nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

5. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

6. Made to Order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Products bought during a Sale or with a discount coupon cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can you customize?

Yes, most definitely. We can customise furniture as well as home decor products. It is dependent on a lot of factors including time, quantities and brief. Please do Contact Us for more details.

Do you ship outside India?

We do ship outside India at an additional cost. Get in touch with your zip code and address so we can calculate the amount.

How long will my order take?

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All home decor orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours if the merchandise is in stock. All home decor orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be filled because the item is out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone and the item will be taken off of your order. Please allow a period of 5 -12 days for the product to reach you. For Furniture Orders please allow a period of four weeks for dispatch from our factory.
You can always contact us for faster delivery enquires. Delivery times are subject to our logistic partners, location and distance.

If I need the delivery urgently which mode of payment should I choose

Please choose to pay via credit card in case you need the products urgently. COD is delivered via ground transport and thus takes a lil longer.

Will the courier company deliver the goods to my floor?

Our courier partners will deliver the goods to your building premises and wherever further they are able to. For larger items, they may not be able to bring them to your floor. In which case we request you to arrange for your own manpower.

If I need the delivery urgently which mode of payment should I choose?

Please choose the Express Delivery Option. Please note, Express Delivery is not applicable to Furniture orders. Please contact us to get the fastest delivery option for furniture. Please suggest making the payment by credit card in case you need the products urgently. COD is delivered via ground transport and thus takes a lil longer.

How to identify if you have received a genuine Living with Elan product?

All genuine Living With Elan products will have our signature pink tapes on the carton, our LOGO PRINTED directly on the product, and ELAN tags within.
